Randi Moxi has been involved in pageantry since the age of three. As a child, Randi spent a great deal of time with her paternal grandmother, Sally, who ran the local Animal Shelter and was also a Fairs and Festivals Pageant Director. Randi found her home with International Pageants when she was crowned Mrs. Illinois International in 2014. She went on to place in Top 15 at the 2014 Mrs. International Pageant in Jacksonville, Florida. She has served in various roles in the pageant world from contestant, title holder, judge, emcee to coach and is thrilled to take on a new one as the Executive Director of Illinois International Pageants.
Randi studied Theater and Communications at Marshall University and owns her own Marketing, Branding and Event Production Company in Chicago. She lives in the suburbs with her amazing husband and four rescued, pitbull mix “fur children”. She continues to honor her grandmother’s legacy through being an advocate for animals and empowering through pageantry.
Constantine James has a passion for fashion. His first styling look made an appearance on the red carpet at the Academy Awards in 2012. Since then, he has expanded his brand to head-to-toe consulting, providing complete image evaluations. He is also the Creative Director for JWC Media, Chicago’s premier luxury lifestyle publisher that delivers a colorful and passionate telling of neighboring events, fashion, beauty, finance, and the pursuit of leisure. The company produces five separate publications that highlights the social scenes of their markets with intelligence, glamour, and style. Constantine’s creative direction brings the mission of offering engaging insight into the extraordinary people and lifestyles that make up Chicago’s most exclusive addresses to life. Constantine has been involved in the world of pageantry for 10 years and found his home at International pageants due to the integrity and service component of the system and his passion for facilitating young women into the world changing leaders they were meant to become.
Jessica Carlevato became a part of the Illinois International Family when she captured the title of Miss Illinois International 2014. During her year of service she promoted her personal platform “CARE – Cancer Awareness, Research, & Education.” Inspired by her mother and grandmother, Jessica wanted to make a difference in the lives of those who are affected by cancer. She had the opportunity to travel to Washington D.C, with the American Cancer Society – Cancer Action Network, to speak with lawmakers and legislation regarding the laws and funding for cancer patients and research. Jessica and her family continue to support several causes & organizations that are near and dear to their hearts. Jessica was named 1st Runner-Up at the 2014 Miss International Pageant in Jacksonville, Florida and is proud to be a part of the International Pageant Family. Jessica has been involved in pageantry since her early teens. She is excited to inspire and help pre-teens, teens, young women and married women follow their dreams as part of the Illinois International Pageants Team.
Jessica studied Communications at the University of Kentucky and is the Event, Bridal & Marketing Coordinator for Levato Salon in Hinsdale, Illinois. She currently resides in the Chicagoland area with her husband and her dog Rudy.

She owns Highland Park Physical Medicine where she is dedicated to treating the underlying causes of of musculo-skeletal pain. It is Dr. Patel’s mission to restore her patients to their optimal health in the quickest time possible as well as assisting to improve each patient’s overall quality of life. She has recently expanded her suite of businesses to offer chiropractic services to animals through her new venture North Shore Animal Chiropractic.
Kim Keller Tyler
Kim K. Tyler is an award-winning producer, choreographer, director, and community leader. The former head choreographer for the World Champion Chicago Bulls dance team, Tyler currently serves as CEO of Endure Productions, Inc. and Endure Charities, Inc. She recently created and produces the Chicago Bulls-Endure experience and the first-of-its-kind, NBA-themed musical stage play, Making The Squad, which premiered Fall 2018 in Chicago. Through Endure Charities, Tyler channels her past, life obstacles into her mission of providing free dance instruction and professional performance opportunities for at-risk youth. In addition, Tyler has authored the highly-anticipated book, “Endure.”
