MRS. ILLINOIS INTERNATIONAL
The International Pageant system has been developed to promote today’s married women, their accomplishments, and commitment to family and marriage. Around the world, married women are finding this system to be the opportunity to work with their husband and family to become positive role models. Being the premiere pageant for married women has given Mrs. International® a chance to open doors for married women around the world.
Mrs. Criteria: Age 21-56, and married 6 months as of July 1st, a resident of Illinois and a U.S. Citizen.
Areas of Competition
Interview (50% of score)
Interviews will be conducted between 5 judges and each contestant. Each contestant will have 5 minutes with each judge. No political or religious questions allowed. Each contestant will need to have a platform for which she will speak on during her year if selected as Mrs. Illinois International.
Fitness Wear (25% of score)
Each contestant will wear the official fitness wear of the Mrs. International Pageant System. Each contestant will be judged on being physically fit, energetic, and healthy.
Evening Gown (25% of score)
Each contestant will wear her own personal choice of a floor length evening gown with no cut outs. Each contestant will be judged on grace, poise and elegance in Evening Wear.
